Spagetti and Meatballs

To make the meatballs, I use ground turkey with an 85/15 ratio. Ground turkey breast is much healthier, but it is literally too dry. Put ground turkey into a mixing bowl, add one to two eggs, and some italian bread crumbs, mix well and form into small balls. Add some olive oil into a pan and saute the meatballs until almost cooked through. Transfer them to the oven to continue cooking. This is the trick to really tasty meatballs.

About the sauce: Use any sauce you like, I have never perfected a homemade sauce so I use 2 jars of sauce and one box of angel hair pasta.

Candy Bar Brownies

These are soooo easy to make.

Take one brownie mix and mix according to directions. Pour 1/2 the brownie mix into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Lay 3 king size candy bars side by side on the brownie mix, then top with remaining brownie mix. Bake until brownies are done.

Cake Balls

I have been told by many people that these will put you in a "hurt locker" LOL

Take one cake mix (flavor of your choice) and bake according to package directions.

While still hot, put warm cake into a large mixing bowl and add one can of frosting and stir until all mixed up.

Form into "balls" and put on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Place into freezer for at least one hour till firm.

Melt almond bark chocoate until melted and smooth. Put one cake ball on the end of a wooden skewer and dip into chocolate.

Place on wax paper. When all balls have been dipped, place back into freezer to firm them up.
